Omnia Support understands your concerns when it comes to making important decisions about providing care for you or your family. Choosing a home care provider is a very important decision and Omnia Support are a CQC Approved Provider under the Care Act of 2014 meaning that our care services are fully regulated by the relevant country regulator including the Care Quality Commission (CQC) for England, Care Inspectorate Wales (CIW) for Wales, Care Inspectorate for Scotland and The Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) for Northen Ireland.
We provide our care services to clients in both the private and government sectors and our main mission is to support and care for the families in our community by providing compassionate, innovative and personalised care programmes. Omnia Support is of the belief that we can positively impact the quality of care that is delivered to our patients by recognising their individual needs and by maintaining excellent relationships with our employees, referral sources, and across different local government regulatory agencies. Omnia Support is locally owned and operated which allows us to more readily identify the needs of our patients, employees, referral sources, and communities and to respond appropriately in a timely manner. An adjunct to this concept is the essential role of evaluation of the Omnia Care's services and applied research in improving those services.
We primarily support those whom to wish to remain living independently in their home and may require additional support with household tasks such as personal care, showering and dressing. We also provide support with eating and drinking as well as medication, household duties and making and supporting with appointments. We ensure that you have continuity of carers as well as reviewing your package of care regularly to ensure that all your needs are met.
