Our in home care services are designed to support your independence so you can remain living at home. Our focus on continuity of care and service means you see your carer at the same time on the same day as regularly as you need. Our care services are provided by a team of highly trained professionals who deliver even the most intimate of care services with an emphasis on privacy, dignity and respect.

At Omnia Support, we tailor each and every one of our care packages to ensure that you receive the highest level of care you need. Whether you are looking for a weekly visit, 3 calls a day or overnight stays, Omnia Support will work with you to ensure that all of your needs are catered for. We provide a person centred approach to care, so the control of your care is exactly where it should be - IN YOUR HANDS. Whether you need assistance with your personal care, mobility needs, medication administration or household chores, our care team are here to help you.

Domiciliary Care Service.

Our flexible domiciliary care services can cover anything from a check-in visit to personal care to 24 hour live-in care. Our home care service can be used for short term help following an illness or because your usual carer is having a break, or as the start of your care journey where it may develop to long-term home care and support.

Domestic House Hold Care.

Omnia Support can provide support with domestic tasks to ensure your home remains your sanctuary. You may be needing help and assistance with your house-hold so we can offer you help with your laundry or ironing and keep your house clean and tidy as if it was our own.


Medical Support.

Omnia Support can assist you with your medication. This can include reminding and assisting you in taking your medicines as well as assisting you with collecting your medication from your pharmacy or dispensing GP.  We can also assist you with visits to your GP or any other clinical services that you have to attend.

Social Outings Support.

Wherever your daily life normally takes you, we’ll make sure you still get there. It may be to visit friends and family or attending a hospital appointment, collecting your pension or going to your place of worship or even your social club. Omnia Support will help you keep your independence and stay connected with all your daily social requirements.



In Home Respite Care.

Our In home respite care gives your family or full time carers a few hours respite from care duties each week, while you spend some quality time with our in-home respite carers. We also provide bilingual carers for people from culturally diverse backgrounds. In-home overnight respite is also able to be organised.


Personal Care.

Omnia Support can help you with a little pampering when you need it. We can assist you with all your personal hygiene tasks, from assisting you with bathing, making sure you have clean clothes and fresh bedding. We will help you get a good start to your day with getting you out of bed, washed, dressed and making sure you have a good breakfast. We can also assist you with your meals at lunchtime and evenings every day 365 days a year. 

Home Maintenance.

Omnia Support can help you in retaining your home independence meaning you will  still be able to enjoy your home as it always was. We can help you organise for gardening and maintenance jobs to be done when necessary to keep your home and garden in the condition so you can still enjoy living in your own home.


Care needs can arise at any time; you may have acquired an unexpected illness or injury that has required you to adapt to a new way of life, or perhaps you have received a diagnosis for a progressive condition and you are concerned that you need to start looking at care options for when you symptom's progress. What ever your circumstances, we will put your needs and requirements first so that you are able to live safely and independently in your own home.

Whether you need someone to pop in with a friendly reminder to take your medication, or help to prepare a meal you enjoy or need full support, we are here to support with this.
